Two weeks ago, NOAR Latvia opened their new season with a programme with a triumphant title “Retro Men in Black” ?.
The teenagers went through a real test to prove that they are worthy to be part of the team. Now they get together every Friday, organising more and more interesting, modern and informative programmes. And every Wednesday at 5pm, starting from October 6, NOAR Latvia will host an Israeli dance class.
